JCSH Booking Information

Welcome to the Jefferson County Humane Society!

This page is here to help you understand how to book and schedule our clinic services.

There is a shopping bag icon located at the top of our website. This is your shopping cart when you have booked a service and prior to making your payment.

To book a service you can click this icon below whenever you see it on a page.

You will be directed to the service page, where you can select the specific services you wish to book for your pet.

Each animal must be booked separately.

We will provide services for up to 10 animals each hour.

When that time slot is full you will no longer be able to select that time slot.

After selecting your service and clicking the Book Now button, you will be directed to the available date.

From there, you can choose your preferred time and proceed by clicking Next.

Now you should be at the Booking Form Page.

(Be sure you fill it out fully for each individual animal before you continue!)

Click Add to Cart or Book Now if you are finished.

If you would like to book the same animal for a different service or have another pet that needs one of our services provided simply click Add to Cart and you will than see this message below:

Click the Add Another Service to add and you will be redirected to the Service Booking page.

When completing each Booking form, ensure that you replace the pet's name if you have multiple animals requiring services.

Once you are done adding your pets to the services hit the Add to Cart Button at the last pet you entered and click View Cart this time instead of Add Another Service.

This takes you directly to the payment page

This is the check out page and as long as everything looks correct to you and you're ready to pay, click either the checkout button or one of the pay pal buttons.

If you hit the Checkout Button it will show you a page similar to the one provided below.

Make sure the information is correct and hit Continue.

It's okay if it directs you to Pay Pal, it should have an option for a debit or card card once you follow the remaining steps.
