JCHS Foster Agreement Summary:

JCHS retains full ownership of all foster animals and determines all care decisions, including adoption eligibility and agreement compliance. Foster animals must be available for scheduled medical care, and JCHS must be contacted in advance for any expenses. Foster parents agree to keep personal pets vaccinated, notify JCHS of new household animals, and return foster animals upon request. Failure to follow this agreement may result in termination. Foster parents assume all risks and agree to release and hold JCHS, its staff, and volunteers harmless from any injury, damage, or claims related to foster animals.
